Payment
All amounts shown on the website include VAT and exclude delivery costs.
Leaf Labs accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge any transaction fees on your purchase.
Payment for your order will only be charged to your account when the item is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Leaf Labs uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, meaning that the connection is secure.
Delivery
We deliver goods within Europe, including to private addresses in Denmark and Sweden, excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Delivery time is typically 1–3 business days in Denmark. For deliveries to other countries in Europe, delivery may take up to 7–8 business days.
Orders placed during weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Orders placed on business days before 13:00 are generally dispatched the same day. If, in special cases, delivery time is extended, this will be stated.
We deliver with Burd, GLS, DAO and PostNord. In some cases, delivery may be handled by other carriers depending on the destination.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
A 14-day full return policy applies to goods purchased from our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. Any return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the choice of carrier is also your responsibility.
Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after receiving the order. From the date you notify us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the order must be received by us no later than 14 days thereafter.
The notification must be sent by email to kontakt@leaflabs.dk, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You must also send photo documentation to kontakt@leaflabs.dk showing that the package has been returned to us.
Leaf Labs will assess the condition of the item. If the item has been tested beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and function, it will be considered used and of reduced value. This means that, upon withdrawal, you may lose the right to a full or partial refund of the purchase amount.
For refunds of digital or electronic gift cards, an administration fee of 15% of the gift card amount will be charged.
Electronic gift cards cannot be refunded after expiry. It is not possible to have remaining balances paid out on either physical or electronic gift cards.
There is a 14-day right of withdrawal for electronic gift cards, where the full amount may be refunded less the administration fee.
The period is calculated from the day the gift card is delivered.
Other return shipping costs must be paid by you.
The notification must be sent by email to kontakt@leaflabs.dk. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If a refund is involved, please include your bank details in the form of registration number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred.
These details can safely be provided by email or other electronic means, as they are not considered sensitive information and will only be used for the purpose of processing the refund.
You cannot withdraw from the purchase simply by refusing to receive the item without also providing clear notice of your withdrawal.
Cancellation and Refunds
To cancel an order, please contact us by email at kontakt@leaflabs.dk.
If your order is cancelled before it has been dispatched, you will not be charged any amount.
If the order has been packed and a tracking code has been sent, and the order is cancelled thereafter, the shipping costs will be considered expenses already incurred. These costs will therefore be deducted from the total order amount, regardless of the order size.
In cases of delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, the above terms will also apply.
Right of Complaint
In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, products are covered by a 2-year right of complaint. The right of complaint applies to defects in materials and/or manufacturing.
Complaints must be reported to Leaf Labs within a reasonable time after receiving the item. A period of 7 days is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed.
The right of complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect operation, inappropriate use or failure to follow the product instructions.
Leaf Labs covers return shipping costs to a reasonable extent in the case of justified complaints.
We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
Privacy Policy
When you purchase an item from us and provide your information, we receive customer data. As the data controller, we process your personal data securely and confidentially.
Your personal data is only used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.
We use third parties to process some of our information, including in connection with shipping handling and payment solutions. We have entered into data processing agreements with our relevant partners to ensure that they comply with applicable data protection regulations.
Laboratory Analyses and Cannabinoid Content
At Leaf Labs, we strive to ensure the quality of the products we offer. All relevant products undergo laboratory analyses to determine the content of various cannabinoids.
Please note, however, that published test results are indicative only.
Variability in Content
Batch level:
Although we take necessary precautions to ensure consistency, minor variations in cannabinoid content may occur from batch to batch.
Analysis method:
Laboratory analyses are based on samples of the product. Particularly for products infused with specific cannabinoids, concentration variability may occur in smaller samples. This means that the actual concentration of a given cannabinoid in the product may vary from the amount stated in the laboratory result.
Infused products:
All infused products have had the stated amount of the specific cannabinoid added during production in accordance with the product declaration. In relation to the infused cannabinoid, the stated percentage is therefore accurate.
